Brief Profile – Peter A. Anum Peter is a Social Entrepreneur and Development Professional who has facilitated and led many entrepreneurial and development programmes locally and internationally. He has a career spanning over 20 years in non-profit resource development, education, youth development, social enterprise development and capacity building. As an experienced facilitator and course developer, Peter is passionate about improving personal effectiveness, leadership and teams. He has experience working with the Ghana’s National Youth Authority, Commonwealth Youth Programme, Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council, Commonwealth Local Government Forum, United Nation Alliance for Civilization, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award etc in the areas of policy formulation, youth development and mainstreaming, enterprise development, education etc. In 2011, he was recognized for his Outstanding Services to Youth Engagement & Voluntary Services at the International level. In 2014, he won the Commonwealth Youth Worker Award for his outstanding work and service to youth development in Africa. In 2017, he was a nominee for the 40 Under 40 Award in Ghana. In that same year, he was voted among the 50 most influential young leaders in Ghana. He is a certified coach and master trainer in career, enterprise, professional and youth development. He is a professional development consultant for British Council Ghana and an accredited Clarity4D® business partner. He is the Chairman for the Ghana Arts & Cultural Festival Award; Founder & Lead Consultant at the Peter Anum Training & Consultancy; Chief Operation Officer at Paragon Adventures; Founder & President at the Foundation for Child & Youth Development Africa; Coordinator for the Commonwealth Alliance of Youth Workers’ Association and Executive Director of The Head of State Award Scheme – Ghana.
